I would recommend contacting a Building Biologist in your area. Building Biologists specialize in identifying and mitigating EMR. You can have electrical fields, magnetic fields, and radio frequency radiation all affecting you while you sleep and you need to know what to shield against.

By the way, the best thing I’ve done for better sleep is to turn off the circuits to my bedroom and other areas of the house that aren’t necessary at night….it really helps with sleep quality.

I agree. I once slept in a room where the circuits had been turned off and it felt very energetically “quiet.”
