Fragrance-free garbage bags

Question from BB

I am having a difficult time finding fragrance-free garbage bags. Even the seventh generation ones often seem to smell to me. Can anyone suggest anything else? Thanks, BB

    I too am sensitive to the perfumes now in garbage bags, and can’t find any others in the stores. Beware of the ones that say scent free; they often have the perfume and then use a masking agent. My nose and throat tells me that the perfume additives are still there. These companies need to wake up and realize that we are slowly killing ourselves in the name of money and profit for the chemical companies.

    I have chemical sensitivites and I have come to the sad conclusion that “fragrance free” garbage bags do not exist! Since they are often made out of recycled plastic, they all contain various stinks.
