I love this story, sent to me by a reader.
Some residents of San Francisco (where I used to live) were having problems with their wi-fi. It turned out that the interiors of their Victorian and Edwardian-era houses were lined with chicken wire as a base to hold the plaster on the walls.
Want to block wireless in your home? Perhaps chicken wire will do the trick.

Wow, who knew! Problem: how do you convince a landlord to let you put up chicken wire fencing all over the apt. you just rented? I took my EMF meter with me to check out a potential apt. the other day, and while he seemed interested in what I was doing (I explained as I went along), he said he didn’t know anything about that stuff. I metered his temporary office in the lower level, and the meter went wild (loud) and the numbers were over the top! He had a WiFi router sitting next to the computer he was using. That must be the equivilent of sitting next to a cell phone tower or at least sticking your head in the microwave oven for an hour or so…but he let it run 24/7. Anyway, I doubt that he would have allowed me to put up the chicken coop wire if I had rented the place…I said “Thanks, and goodbye!” Those of us who have to rent are often without any recourse to protect ourselves…that is why I am living with my sister in a crowded room, but for now it will have to do since I am still having EHS. Any comments from other readers appreciated.
Thanks.
Why not put the chicken wire into an old window frame or some other type of frame and hang it on the walls like art work? Everyone hangs art in their places!
This sounds like something a lot of us were doing about 20 years ago. We were all testing for something called geopathic stress (a field that negatively influences health). If we found that we had it in our homes or apartments,
there were devices that were being sold to neutrlize the field. A homeopath that I was seeing suggested that I put chicken wire around my bed.
Thanks for the comments! I think one could get creative with the chicken wire…hadn’t thought of that!
Yes, I did have the EHS effects near the router…however, I have learned that I can not stay near one for more than a couple of minutes now, or I get headaches and tightness in my chest…used to be that I would get “fall-down-dizziness” in waves when I was near one, but I feel that I have done some healing since I moved here with my sister…also I am having regular accupuncture to balance my energy system, and although it is not a “cure”, it does help me to withstand those times when I am exposed. I continue to wear the QLink necklace also, even though others have reported that it makes them feel sicker…some say that it helps and I am convinced that it does. Each person is different with this, apparently. I am realizing that one of my symptoms from EMF is
body pain…some days my muscles and joints all hurt at once…other days I have zero pain.
Thanks for the input on this topic.

Ruth, did you have your EHS symptoms while you were near the WiFi router?
