For heaven’s sake, why do they need to add mint flavor to a natural peelu toothbrush! Many sensitive people & those using homeopathy need to avoid mint, but it seems to be a staple in oral care products, & now even in its most natural state, mint is added. I hope they offer a truly natural version of this product, with nothing added. And I wish that were the case for many other products as well. Thanks for alerting us to these products.
To answer your question, I’m sure they do it to appeal to consumers who are accustomed to mint flavor in their toothpaste.
The do offer plain unflavored miswaks too.
