I came across a girl who was using glass straws and didn’t realize it had broken on the inside and she drank a bunch of little glass pieces. That’s extremely dangerous and everytime I drink out of mine now I constantly check but it would be easy to miss.
Is there anything toxic about bamboo straws?
Not that I know of, but they seem less hygenic to me. I agree with you about this danger, but have never heard of it before.
